[IRT.RegDataPolicy] Rec3 IRT comment closing

I support closing IRT Rec 3.  The Tasks section lists “None for IPT nor IRT” which I agree is correct.  Will this item receive similar treatment as Rec 2?  If so, language in line with what you used in the Tasks section for Rec 2 might work better:



There will not be any policy language as a result of this recommendation in phase 1. This will be listed under the category of recommendations called “note to EPDP 2”  for public comment as part of the implementation plan.



I like that language from Rec 2 and think it is very clear.
