I agree with Roger.  The “analysis” section is particularly clear on this point:



Analysis

The recommendation #4 is a statement by the EPDP team to clarify that there is no intention to change the requirements regarding accuracy. Therefore, the implementation team has taken note to ensure accuracy requirements are not changed. Furthermore, no policy language is needed to make this point about “no change.”
