Good Morning,

I don’t think this one is ready to be closed.

I don’t think we should be modifying the Transfer Policy. Any changes should be referred to the Transfer Scoping WG as they are the experts. I think carrying over the recommendation language into the Registration Data Policy would be appropriate to provide the “rainbow” between Registration Data Policy implementation and actual recommendations to the Transfer Policy.

The only exception to the recommendation language would of course be the removal of the text referring to “Until such time when the RDAP…” as this is already required.
