[IRT.RegDataPolicy] Rec23 IRT comments closing - URS UDRP

Dennis and fellow IPT/IRT members,



I have similar feedback for Rec #23 as Rec #24.  I agree with the analysis that no additional (new) policy language is needed.



This does suggest changes to the existing UDRP Rules, URS Rules, and URS technical requirements.  I’m unclear on what the process is for rolling out changes to these existing documents.



Likewise it seems prudent to reach out to the GNSO council to ensure that these proposed changes are consistent with their expectations and doesn’t conflict with other policy work they are undertaking in this area.
