[IRT.RegDataPolicy] Rec27 IRT comments closing - impacted policies & procedures

No issues with closing this recommendations.  I agree with the analysis and am supportive of the plan developed.



As noted in the analysis there is a tremendous amount of work involved in Rec #27.  Is there are single document or wiki page that tracks the status of this work and any documents that results from it?  If there isn’t already, a wiki page or similar might be useful for those doing the work as well as those following along.
