[IRT.RegDataPolicy] Confirm "Tech Phone ext" not being a required data element

Dear IRT,

IPT is going through the requirements and closing items of questions.
The Tech Phone ext was never discussed in the policy language as it was not there.
It was in the data elements matrix but we did not flag it for comment before.
We are flagging it now and requesting an IRT comment to confirm that this was not an oversight in the recommendation.

If it’s determined that it was an oversight, we can add to the policy language with IRT support.
If not, we will add a note that this was by design as to proactively answer questions that may come up again.
It’s been a while since the IRT has reviewed the data elements matrix so I pasted screen shot for your reference.
