Dear IRT,

I thought I’d make sure that agenda item #1 for tomorrow’s IRT meeting was clear to you.

We expect board members to attend the IRT meeting at the beginning of the meeting to discuss the letter they wrote to GNSO regarding Rec 7.
It was assigned to IRT as a reading task and discussed at the last meeting.

After receiving reports from the staff on the comments received from the last IRT meeting, the board members requested to meet with IRT to resolve any potential differences in the interpretation of the letter.
As you’ve noted, the subject of the letter is “RE: Potential Impasse Concerning Implementation of EPDP Phase 1 – Recommendation 7”
The board members have graciously volunteered to resolve any potential impasse with this meeting.

I look forward to another productive meeting tomorrow and thank you for supporting the policy implementation.
