[IRT.RegDataPolicy] Rec 7 - Proposed outcome

Dear IRT,

Please find attached my proposed report for the work we did on Rec 7. As discussed this is going to this group first.
I apologies for the time it took me to return it. The last 2 weeks have been eventful.

I hope this accurately reflexes what I understood everyone’s positions to be.
May I kindly request help in creating a Google doc out of it for everyone to comment and amend as they see fit?

It was originally my intention to have something back to the GNSO a week ago, but the paper submission deadline ahead of our next meeting is today. I will advise that I submitted my finding to this group today.
