A lot of work went into this chart to make it useful for implementers.
Trying to balance the specificity of the details and simplicity for readability was tricky.
We hope to gain IRT’s perspective on the usefulness as well as accuracy.

It based on the Data Elements Matrix we worked on earlier and should reflect the policy requirements in OneDoc.
To be clear, it should be consistent with the current baseline language in the OneDoc and we made no attempts to provide alternatives.
Disagreements in the requirements specified in the OneDoc would therefore be apparent here as well.
When commenting, please help us by noting if there is inconsistency with the baseline language.
