Dear IRT,

Thank you for supporting our call yesterday.

Per your request, I am circulating the transcript from the IRT meeting when the board members joined to discuss Rec 7
It is one of the referenced item in the letter in considering your comments on the letter to the GNSO Council.

The Rationale for the baseline language in OneDoc Section 8 comes from pages 6 - 8 of the transcript.
I believe Roger’s explanation and questions to Becky were very helpful in understanding the board direction.
