[IRT.RegDataPolicy] Apologies for the call today - Updates on Rec 7

Hi Team,

I have to send my apologies for the call today, I will not be available to attend.

I can give some update on Rec 7:

  *   A Small Team within the GNSO Council was tasked with responding to us.
The effort is lead by Pam Little and I joined the team to help on background.
  *   The Team reported on progress during our last Council meeting.
  *   A response is being drafted these days, ahead of deadlines for our next meeting in order to have it approved then.
  *   The matter is clearly one that no group can reach easy consensus on, and will need formal Council approval before going out.
