[IRT.RegDataPolicy] Public Comment: Priority 2 Policy Recommendations for ICANN Board Consideration from EPDP Phase 2

Dear IRT,

Just in case you missed it, the Public Comment for some of the recommendations from EPDP Phase 2 is open.
I envision that the implementation of these recommendations would be added to our scope.
It is rare to have an IRT formed during the board public comment and I wanted to see if we could take advantage.

Please note that I am not assigned this as an IRT task as it is not yet within our scope but thought you might want to take the opportunity to comment on the recommendations for board consideration.
