[IRT.RegDataPolicy] A request in the hopes of improving our effectiveness...

Hi Dennis and IRT colleagues,
During the past several IRT calls I have found myself a little in the dark
about what the team will be discussing. We seem to dive into the OneDoc
without much structure and so I have found myself unprepared to have
important and substantive discussions. I can't speak for everyone but
many of us spend the days prior to the IRT call reviewing issues and
chatting with our constituencies. These discussions are ineffective
without having a concrete understanding as to what issues will be discussed
on our IRT calls.
So.....could I suggest that you send an email to the IRT team on the Friday
or Monday (at the latest) prior to each call with a proposed agenda? It
doesn't have to be fancy - a simple listing each of the issues (Section
numbers and/or comments) you would like to discuss would be super helpful
IMO.
I'm not trying to create busy work for you - but believe that knowing the
agenda in advance would make us much more efficient, productive and
effective.
Thanks!
Alex
