[IRT.RegDataPolicy] Recommendation 27 deliverables

Dear IRT members,

As discussed on the 5 February IRT call, I have forwarded the updated Rec 27 Wave 1 report (attached) to the GNSO Council leadership, noting that it has been reviewed by the IRT.  The GNSO Council will review and determine next steps.

I also promised to provide a list of all the items being reviewed in Wave 2.  These are:

  4.  Emergency Back-End Registry Operator procedures
  5.  De-Accredited Registrar Transition Procedure
  6.  Registry Transition Procedure

  9.  Advisories
  10. Internic
  11. Whois Lookup
  12. Extensible Provisioning Protocol
  13. Translation & Transliteration of Contact Information
  14. Proxy and Privacy Services Accreditation
  15. Whois Accuracy Reporting System
  16. Whois Accuracy Program Specification
  17. Across Field Address Validation
  18. Centralized Zone Data Service
  19. Zone File Access
  20. Technical Compliance Monitoring System
  21. Whois Data Retention Waiver process

Wave 2 will also look at any impacted areas of the Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA) and Registry Agreement not already identified in any of these or the Wave 1 areas.
