[IRT.RegDataPolicy] Question re non-OneDoc recs

Hi Dennis and team,

For recommendations that have required work but are not part of the new
Policy, e.g. Rec 26
(https://docs.google.com/document/d/1pHDZQEugoJBlbCl0mUPNjuliCce7I9T5v_M5aTQ-PCU/edit),
how are those tasks tracked?

I looked in the IRT Workbook, we have some tasks for reviewing the rec
analysis, but the actual task of producing the DPAs, where is that
tracked? When looking at the Timeline tab in the IRT Workbook should
those be there?
