[IRT.RegDataPolicy] Question re non-OneDoc recs

Hi Sarah and team,

For Rec 26, IPT is managing this without IRT involvement.
I added to the analysis doc for clarity  26: DPA 3rd Parties <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1pHDZQEugoJBlbCl0mUPNjuliCce7I9T5v_M5aTQ-PCU/edit>

Since this is NOT required for the public comment, it isn’t as time critical as the DPA with CPH.

For the DPA with CPH, there is a team of CPH working on this with ICANN org.
It will be provided to the IRT when ready.
Since that team has determined that this is a required document for the Public Comment,
they are working with that timeline in mind.
We should receive their status at the IRT meeting next Wed.

For recommendations that have required work but are not part of the new Policy, e.g. Rec 26 (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1pHDZQEugoJBlbCl0mUPNjuliCce7I9T5v_M5aTQ-PCU/edit), how are those tasks tracked?

I looked in the IRT Workbook, we have some tasks for reviewing the rec analysis, but the actual task of producing the DPAs, where is that tracked? When looking at the Timeline tab in the IRT Workbook should those be there?
