Hi Beth,

Task #79 is to ensure the IRT understand that  there are two ways to go about implementing a recommendation we all agree on.
I am providing a chart for you as I noted, there was not clear understanding on the difference between what and how.

As I’ve changed my approach (not content) on how we will implement, I wanted the IRT to be on the same page as I talk about Method 1 vs Method 2.
I’ll go over this next week so if it’s confusing now, please just know that there are two ways to implement.

I believe the new way (Method 1) is what many IRT was advising me to do and I wanted to clearly communicate that there is a change to the approach from Method 2 which I originally proposed to Method 1 (the way I am proposing now.

Hi Dennis
Thanks so much for sharing the Implementation Methods.  For clarification, is this proposal is for how to note where other policies are impacted by the Final Report Recommendations (the Consensus Policy – OR- is it to identify which tasks require which implementation method?

It’s our understanding that in Montreal we already worked to identify which recs don’t require policy, so this work should have be complete. We also need to keep in mind other tasks to be completed outside of the Consensus Policy, such as a DPA.
