[IRT.RegDataPolicy] Draft Public Comment Form

Hello All,
The CPH wanted to note concern related the “Disagreements” section of the Public Comment form that is up for review.  We note that most of the items listed are simply still open for discussion and resolution. In addition, because we are drafting a Consensus Policy, we should not have areas of disagreement.  If we are unable to come to an internal resolution on an issue we suggest we refer those issue to the GNSO.

We want to reiterate that we don’t believe the items listed need to be referred and that we look forward to continued discussion with the group to find solutions.  Perhaps we label this section “open items” for the time being?
