I know this is a lot to review but I trust that the your valuable time investment now will save time for all the reviewer, implementers, and users in the future. For this, we are ever so grateful for the role of the IRT.

As is our routine, the due dates assigned are two weeks out but please do let me know if you’d like more time. I am aware that this is already the 11th document assigned for your review and more are coming.

Please feel free to each out to me for quick chats via Skype as some of you do already if I can clarify something quickly for you to save you time.
I’ll share one question I received as I think it may be helpful to all.

Can we provide read access to non-IRT members?
No. IRT drive is for IRT members only. One exception is the GNSO Council leaders.
If you wish to share, you may download the documents and share them yourselves.
Any feedback you receive from your non-IRT collogues will need to be provided by you, IRT member, as your comment.

As you are reviewing, you are welcomed to consult the SMEs in your circle.

Gratefully yours,

Dennis S. Chang
