[IRT.RegDataPolicy] Reddoc - not impacted policies list

Hi Team,

I hate to add to our growing pile of docs to review, but looking at the ones marked as not impacted, two seem to perhaps need a couple changes:

Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP)
Section 4k refers to “Whois”, shouldn’t that be RDDS?

Protection of IGO and INGO Identifier in All gTLDs Policy
Right before the implementation Notes there are two references to “Whois” (instead of RDDS), and the Policy refers to the “Registrant” instead of “Registered Name Holder”, aren’t we also supposed to update that?

These seem to be fairly minor changes so hopefully won’t take much work but I’m not sure why they’d be omitted entirely.
