[IRT.RegDataPolicy] RedDoc review status from the ICANN69 IRT session

Thank you again for participating in the ICANN69 public IRT session last week. The recording of the meeting has been posted on the IRT wiki with transcript coming soon. It was a productive meeting reviewing nine RedDocs. Per your request from the session, provided below a list of the RedDocs we reviewed with comments and agreement at a summary level. 20201014 IRT session: comment received that the registry requirement doesn't align with phase 1 recommendation which is addressed in the URS changes section of the appendix in the draft policy language. Under further review.
