Has there been any movement on this Rec 12 item?  I think you gave an update at an IRT meeting that a board subgroup was planning to take this up at their next meeting, but I don't recall hearing anything else.

Dennis, IPT and IRT colleagues,



Following up on our Rec 12 discussion from today's call.  We had a question about the state of the Rec 12 consultation between the ICANN Board and GNSO Council on the portions of Rec #12 not adopted by the Board.



As a result of those consultations the GNSO council passed a "supplemental Recommendations".  The motion and voting results were communicated and detailed in this letter from Council to the Board on 23 December 2019:

Maarten responded on 03 February 2020 in this letter:

In it he says that the Board will consider the Council's supplemental recommendation.  I'm unsure if they have but I haven't heard anything either way.



The ask from today's call was for Sebastien to enquire at Council if anything has been heard on this and for Dennis to follow up with the Board to find out the status.
