[IRT.RegDataPolicy] Change in SOI

Hi IRT and IPT,

I’m sending this email to notify members of the IRT and IPT that I have recently joined UNR (fka UniRegistry), and will therefore be representing UNR moving forward. I have updated my GNSO SOI to indicate this.
