[IRT.RegDataPolicy] Task 112: Review Redline - Revised ICANN Procedure For Handling WHOIS Conflicts with Privacy Law

Hi Dennis,
As part of the review of the redline documents, I've tried to make sure
that all the links embedded in them work, and lead to where they are meant
to. I've found a few problems, and will send over what I found in the
relevant email threads, including for the document, which is the subject of
this email.
Two of the footnotes are linked to GNSO website pages with no content:
1. Footnote 1, which is meant to link to the preliminary report of the
Whois Task Force 2, dated June 24
2. Footnote 2, which is meant to link to meeting minutes for a GNSO Council
meeting in November 2005
