[IRT.RegDataPolicy] Task 116: Review Redline - Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) Rules

Hi Dennis,

In section 2 (Communications) of this document, there is a link to the Rules
for Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy
<https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/udrp-rules-2015-03-11-en> on the
ICANN website. The google doc refers readers to paragraph 5(b)(iii) in the
Rules, however, there doesn't appear to be a paragraph 5(b)(iii) in the
Rules. My guess is that this should point to paragraph 5(c)(iii) instead?
