[IRT.RegDataPolicy] Task 117: Review OneDoc - Removal of Appendices

Dear IRT,

This is a question Marc asked at one of our IRT meetings.
Now that we are providing the RedDocs for all policies and procedures, do we still need the Appendices that points to the document being impacted?
If so, all documents?  That would end up being a long list and unwieldly.
Now that you have 8 RedDocs on your tasks list for review, I think it’d become obvious to me that we don’t need the appendices.
Therefore, I’ve removed the three appendices we have on OneDoc.
Please take a look to see if this makes sense.
