Dear IRT,

Based on the IRT input, we’ve added a reference to RAA Section 1.7 to further explain the term “Affiliated” in the Implementation Note F.
As we discussed, it’s better to use the language already published and implemented whenever we can rather than coming up with new language that could be subject to confusion or conflict.
Please note the new due date for this task on the IRT workbook.
