Dear IRT,

Now that we have the EPDP Phase 2 Priority 2 Recommendations added to our implementation scope.
We will reprioritize our work to bring these recommendations to same progress level as others.
First step is to analyze the recommendation languages and accompanying implementation guidance notes to determine the required implementation tasks.

We will use this collaborative document for the implementation team review, discussion, and collect inputs.
