[IRT.RegDataPolicy] IRT Task 154 Review Recommendation Status Map in IRT workbook 20210613

Thank you Dennis for the summary regarding the Status Maps.

I do have one suggestion. Could we include a date for each item/task in the
Recommendation Status Map that aligns to its current status identified by
its color? Those considered complete, let's show the date we met that
milestone. Those tasks where they are in progress, let's show the date of
when the IRT last discussed them.

While it may not necessarily be helpful for the IRT in our work, I think
capturing those would further reinforce your statement about where we are
and how far along we have come as a team.

I imagine it would take some work to go back and confirm these but in the
end once this IRT is finished, it'd be interesting to quickly review how
long it took us to get there.
