Dear IRT,

Thank you again for supporting the ICANN71 Session.
It was a good productive session demonstrating good teamwork addressing a large complex scope of implementation work.

When discussing Alex’s comment, we talked about the possibility of adding a new section
9.6 for additional data items that Registry Operators MAY submit to Data Escrow.

Since it’s a MAY requirement, there would not be an impact to enforcement.
We use MAY requirements to avoid confusion and add clarity for implementers.

Even though the Recommendation did not list the data elements, we discussed the possibility of adding them to our policy.

Should we?  If so, what will be the data elements?  How comprehensive or complete should this list be?  Will these be a sample subset of data?  If so, would it be more appropriate as an implementation note?

Please consider and be prepare to discuss at the next IRT meeting.
