Dear IRT,

At our last IRT meeting, we discussed the requirement for Registrar to log files related to the relay of communication to the Tech email in Section 10.
We agreed that there was no Recommendation language requiring this and therefore proposed to delete this.

This task is issued because when we drafted this language earlier, there seemed to an agreement for this requirement.
And that not all IRT members attend meetings, I did not want to simply delete the language that you’ve all have reviewed in the past.

As our work scope is limited to implementing only the requirements stated in the EPDP Recommendations, we should not add requirements on our own.
If we MUST add, then it would need to have full IRT support and declare it as one of the Drafting Errors which we are carefully reviewing.

Thank you for your support in crafting the policy language in preparation for Public Comment.
