[IRT.RegDataPolicy] IRT meeting: 29 Sep 2021 cancel

Dear IRT,

Reviewing the agenda for 29 September 2021 meeting, I thought it would be better to cancel the meeting because there isn’t enough for a full IRT session.  The concept of making the main policy language technology agnostic and using an addendum for the legacy WHOIS requirement is an important discussion and I believe it would serve us better to have one meeting to discuss all changes involved in this process. The IPT is in the process of reviewing other policies and procedures for IRT review.  I will be following with IRT tasks for these soon.

Let’s also discuss our plan for the ICANN72 session at our next meeting.
