Thanks Dennis.
So ICANN org's position is that the RDDS ends right before any RDS data is
presented to end users of the RDDS system. Essentially, RDDS is simply a
mechanism to deliver a pile of bits to a random "lookup client" without
obligations or requirements as to how or even if that data is displayed.
Taking this position is absurd. Unless of course ICANN Org's goal is to
render useless the RDDS system as a whole. There can really be no other
conclusion based on the position detailed in these slides.
