[IRT.RegDataPolicy] Request for updates from ICANN Org on the Phase 1 IRT...

Hi Dennis,

I have two requests for ICANN org.

First, when will the IRT see a detailed work plan identifying an updated
realistic schedule to complete our work?    I've never seen one (did i miss
it?) and given we are marching towards year three of IRT work with no end
in sight a concrete plan to completion seems important.

*Can you take action to create a detailed work plan and realistic schedule
for the completion of our work and inform us when it will be delivered? *

Second, without the multiple DPAs required by the Phase 1 Policy we risk
wasting so much time and effort.  I fear that the work that has happened over
the past 3 year could be for nothing.

Remember the Phase 1 policy was made based on assumptions regarding
controllership relationships.   If these assumptions will change based on
the unilateral negotiations currently happening outside of the multi
stakeholder process, the whole IRT OneDoc (and perhaps even the policy and
the RDDS itself) will have to be reviewed and re-worked when (or perhaps
if) DPAs that meet the requirements of a DPAs under GDPR are finally
completed and published for the community to review.

*Can I request that ICANN org present to the IRT on the status of this work
(the DPA drafting work), including (as above) a detailed work plan
identifying an updated realistic schedule to complete the work.   *
