You’ll note that you’ll be directed to the Drafting Error document which I retitled to add the Implementation Interpretation suggested by Roger.  As Marc pointed it out, I agree this one shouldn’t be called a Drafting Error but Implementation Interpretation would better describe it.  We’ll go over it briefly today and you’ll have a couple of weeks to submit your input and comments.

If we have time, I’d like to go over the status of Recommendations and OneDoc today too.
