Thank you for providing your inputs on the Registrant Country data element already.
We’ve created a new section that clearly states the publication requirement for registrar and registry operator both.
In responses to RDDS queries, (a) Registrar MUST Publish the following data elements and (b) Registry Operator MUST Publish the following data elements if transferred from the Registrar:

I think this works well to clarify and aligns well with the recommendation.
You’ll note the due date being 2 weeks from now but we’ll address it at our meeting on 2 February 2022.
