Dear IRT,

We’ve begun analysis for the Supplemental Recommendation for the Registrant Organization: Rec 12.
To remind everyone, we had held off on discussing Registrant Organization data element till now to avoid any rework.
As we review each encounter for “Registrant Organization,” we’ll be looking to see if the drafted language that is already there is acceptable.  Where we need to make changes, I’ll issue IRT tasks to ask for your review.

This change is one change that we had contemplated before.
You’ll see the long chain of comments that leads up to the suggested change on the doc.
