Dear IRT,

In reviewing the possible agenda for next week, we found that there isn’t much that would be helpful.
The Addendum changes assigned to you already can be handled using the comments in OneDoc sine we’ve already had the discussion.

We are working on additional material we would like IRT input on but these won’t be ready in time so we’ll skip our meeting and will meet on 1 June 2022 as scheduled.
This session will be the session just before the ICANN74 so I expect we’ll have much to review including the ICANN74 session plans.

You’ll note that we now have a clean section 10. The additional requirement for “redaction indicator if modified” in section 2.3 has been removed because we could not rationalize a drafting error for this as a missing requirement in the recommendation. Thank you all for the informative discussion and inputs. This means, we do not need to add to the Drafting Error document nor the exception clause we had in the Addendum I. This section is now considered locked as we move forward to cleaning up the OneDoc.

I believe we are just about ready to reformat the OneDoc to remove all “reserved” sections and renumber all references.
When we do this, this will be another big review ask for the IRT to ensure all references within the OneDoc and across other documents consistently updated.

Thank you for your dedication and support as we prepare for our public comment.
One input I’d appreciate on public comment is the duration for accepting comment.
Please give this some thought and we’ll discuss it at our next meeting.
