Dear IRT,

The Section 5 is that last section in the policy language we have to complete our OneDoc for public comment.
So, we’ll get started while we await the DPT draft from that team because I believe we can get this done now.
We do plan on discussing this section at the IRT before closing it hence the due date past our next meeting.
