[ispcp] Latini American ICANN Meeting

All:

Some of you have probably heard that the third ICANN meeting of the year in 2006
was going to be in Panama City.  They were selected by the ICANN Board but
recently the meeting sponsors have withdrawn.  ICANN is looking for an
alternate venue in Latin America.
