Yes, I noticed it did not come through back to me from the list
either. I wonder if we're having issues receiving list emails. Sorry
about that, I've attached it for you here.

Checking my e-mails I didn't find Maggie's draft comment. I'm
not sure whether it was submitted to the public comment list.
May I ask to provide Jaime and myself with the text since the
council shall deal with Whois studies on 21 April.
Thanks and regards
Wolf-Ulrich

Maggie et al,
I am happy with this draft, and support it being sent to
ICANN asap.
Am not too sure what the dealine is today timewise, but
if it is close-of-
business in the USA, we should submit soon.
Regards
Tony Harris

Hi guys. My sincere apologies for the delay,
its been one fire drill after the next around here.
Would you kindly give it a quick look. I hope I
captured the important points that Tony had shared. I did leave out a
few items that I felt were making the R'r and R'y arguments since I
think they're capable and will make their own. I'm of to a series of
meetings right now, but will be back to my computer tonight and can file
it on behalf of the group. I will incorporate any edits that I receive
from everyone prior to filing.
Thanks much,
Maggie

Today is the final day to submit comments on
WHOIS, so could I ask you to let me have a copy of the comments when you
submit them.
Thanks
Tony
