I'm fine with the text in principle - although I'm not sure about the advantages and disadvantages of puplishing applicants' and string data. I'm convinced that the data cannot be kept confidential since ICANN has a large floor to talk and whisper...

As indicated in our last conference call, attached is a proposal drafted between Tony Holmes and myself, for an ISPCP position to be send in response to the public 
comment request on the gTLD program - Draft Expression of Interest/Pre-registrations model.
