Subject: Commercial Stakeholder group Breakfast in Nairobi

Dear All,

With regard to the Commercial Stakeholder Group breakfast meeting in Nairobi, would you please be able to give us an idea of and confirm:

· the numbers you are expecting to attend the Commercial Stakeholder Group Breakfast on Tuesday morning, 9 March in Nairobi?

· the time you will start the meeting 08:00 and run to 10:00?

· please confirm that the Commercial Stakeholder Group meeting will follow at 10:30 -12:00?

· the names of the Board members and staff you would like to invite?

We are thinking that one of the hotels will be a more appropriate place for the breakfast as there is no suitable private space at the convention centre so that is why we need this information.

Please respond by COB Thursday 4 February.

Thank you very much.

Kind regards,

Glen
