[ispcp] ASO Review

As indicated yesterday during our ISPCP meeting, the ASO review is underway with an analysis made by an external consulting company. 
The initial report will be produced before the next meeting in Dakar. As a consequence if ISPCP wants to express its views on the ASO, it should be better done before our next physical meeting in Dakar. 
Herve Rannou from ITEMS international will be conducting the first part of the review. For those who are present here in Simgapore you can contact 
Herve at herve.rannou at items.fr
Or Thomas Mackenzie at tmackenzie at items-int.eu  and organize individual interviews with them.
