[ispcp] a strategy-evaluation conversation starter

hi all,

i was rummaging around for something else and came across this little drawing i did a few years ago when i was asked to help a company evaluate its Information Technology function.

thought this might be an interesting diagram to toss into the hopper when we're talking about structure, budget requests, strategy, etc.  

or maybe not.  :-)
