To all ISPCP members who will be in Prague.

 

Please note the following arrangements for ISPCP members in Prague

 

SUNDAY 24 June

 

1.    There will be a CSG breakfast meeting on Sunday from 7:30 am to 9 am,
meeting room TBC. I will send out the name of the meeting room as soon as I
receive it.

 

2.    There will be a closed session for ISPCP members only on Sunday from
15.00 to 17.00 in Karlin III

 

TUESDAY 26 June

 

3.    The Cross Constituency breakfast meeting with the ccNSO has now been
changed to start at 7:30 am  and end 8:50 am. Unfortunately it is not
possible to change the start of the CSG meeting to 9 am, so the CSG will be
able to stay in the breakfast room longer and start the meeting there, then
move to the CSG meeting room (Congress I).

 

PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR ATTENDANCE AT THE CSG BREAKFAST BY EMAILING

4.    The CSG meeting will be from 9.45 to 11.15 in Congress I

 

5.    The CSG will meet with the ICANN Board in from 11.15 to 12.15 in
Congress II

 

6.    The ISPCP meeting will be held from 14.00 to 16.00 in the Tyrolka room

 

7.    From 16.00 to 16.30 there will be a closed session for ISPCP members
only in the Tyrolka room
