[ispcp] notes from the calls today

Yesterday (Tues, 27th Nov, 2012) I presented the following slides at
AfriNIC-17 in Khartoum, Sudan.

In the AFRINIC Plenary Sessions, Day 1 - 28/11/2012, in the Q&A for the
Internet Governance session, the invitation was re-issues for ISP's to
be involved at an ICANN level by people at the mike.
