[ispcp] looking for common ground -- my "get ready to mitigate new-gTLD problems" blog post

hi all,

i'm wondering if the ISPCP would like to consider a reply comment in the name-collisions public comment forum that puts forward some of the ideas i'm proposing in this blog post.

i think ISPs and connectivity providers could help a lot if they actively engaged with a program like this.

what do the rest of you think?
