Hi. Posting here as all 3 groups have expressed an interest in the 
Identifier Technology Health Indicator (ITHI 
<https://www.icann.org/ithi>) program*.

A briefing on ITHI was provided at the ICANN DNS Symposium. The program 
manager noted that a public meeting is needed as a next step before 
moving forward but can’t do it in Johannesburg unless a community group 
requests it.  If there’s space, I think it would be helpful to request 
an ITHI session in Jburg.  If it’s not feasible, I recommend one or more 
of the CSG constituencies ask for a public adobe connect session in the 
near future, instead, to help ensure this important program advances 
expeditiously, and with public input.

*The goal of ITHI is to develop metrics to measure the health of the 
Internet's unique identifier system that ICANN helps coordinate. As soon 
as those metrics will be defined, ICANN will measure and track them over 
a substantive period of time to see the evolution of the “State of the 
Identifier Technology”.
