[ispcp] ICANN67; meeting CSG/Board

Dear colleagues,
please see attached a draft short summary of the ISPCP and related
priorities I'd like to present at the meeting with the Board. Please feel
free to amend or add what you think is important. In addition, the Board is
interested to hear whether specific developments should be addressed when
updating the Strategic Plan.
